Shipping and Return Information

 

  • Shipping is FREE of charge worldwide, on all of Dahan Collection LLC products.
  • All orders are fully insured before shipping by Dahan Collection LLC.
  • Shipment process may take up to 3 to 5 business days after Dahan Collection LLC receives payment for the order. International shipments may vary to it's detination city.
  • Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders received and paid for on Thursday will be shipped on Sunday, which is a working day in Israel.
  • No item is shipped until full payment has been received.
  • Every item is shipped with an invoice and an appraisal if one has been requested.
  • Dahan Collection LLC will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied charged by the customers country.

 

Please note that custom orders may take longer to be shipped because of the additional manufacturing time we need to craft your special requirements. You will be notified of expected shipment date by email.

Every item is shipped with an invoice and a free professional appraisal for insurance purposes.

 

We will accept the return of undamaged loose stones or in-stock jewelry that has not been worn, used or sized. We are unable to offer refunds for custom-made jewelry designed to your specifications.

For a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be sent within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and a laboratory report if you received one. We charge a shipping and handling fee of US$36. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items.

How to Return Merchandise

 

Step 1

Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number.

Step 2

Write the authorization number clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.

Step 3

Send the merchandise by Registered Mail or Global Express Guarantee Mail only to our address.

Please insure the merchandise against loss in transit and prepay freight and handling charges.

If you return merchandise by any method other than by Registered Mail or Global Express Guarantee Mail (without our specific approval), you will be held responsible for any import fees, customs or other expenses we may incur.

Items shipped to you by Super Express Delivery must be shipped back to us using a special courier. Contact us for more details.

Step 4

Contact our customer service department with the package tracking number and date of shipping.

Diamonds, gemstones and jewelry are inspected upon receipt prior to refund, exchange or credit authorization. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused. Refunds are made in the original form of payment.

Dahan Collection LLC is not responsible for any diamonds, gemstones or jewelry that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
